Premium Investment Management Sarl entered the fund management market in 2024, operating under the regulatory framework of Luxembourg law. The company is led by a team of professionals with more than 20 years of combined experience in banking, finance, and real estate, supported by an extensive network across the Baltic region and entire EU.

Through its affiliated companies, PIM has successfully financed real estate and infrastructure projects with a total value exceeding €300 million in Estonia and Latvia.

The fund is structured through multiple SPV-based compartments, enabling targeted investment strategies, enhanced risk diversification, and operational flexibility. Currently, dedicated compartments are being developed for large-scale real estate projects in Tallinn, Riga, and Barcelona, as well as for mortgage lending, energy sector investments, and cash-flow-generating assets.
