Premium Investment Management entered the fund management market in 2024 with a new strategy. Led by specialists with over 20 years of experience in banking, finance, and real estate, the team has strong networks across the Baltic states. PIM’s affiliated companies have financed projects worth over 300 million euros in Estonia and Latvia.
The fund consists of multiple SPV-based compartments for targeted investments and risk diversification. Currently, compartments are being structured for large-scale real estate in Tallinn, Riga, mortgage lending, and cash flow projects.
